I have some in my Dream Journal, but generally they go something like this:
If it's a DEILD - I wake up and feel my awareness feels different I make a reality check to see if I am dreaming, if I am not dreaming I close my eyes and start daydreaming and I can already feel that it feels more vivid than usual. Suddenly I feel that the daydream no longer feels like a daydream and I am actually there aware and lucid! Sometimes I manage to stabilize it sometimes I end up dreaming normally.
If it's a WILD - I go through my Monroe procedure in my head (you can read about it in my DJ), and if I am able to WILD I usually hear a deep tone in my head, if it's a high pitch I know I wont succeed. I start daydreaming for a bit and get something I call "dream flashes" which is quick episodes of feeling the daydream as real and hearing, seeing or thinking weird things like (Oh no the rabbit is purple and I am on my heels." and I get a WTF!?-Moment. So I know that my dreaming is starting to kick in. Then I either switch position (move) and fall asleep and am aware of a dream directly or it starts just like my DEILDs by me feeling that the daydream get more and more vivid until I am there with my awareness.
There are different sensations for everyone, but the important thing to do in order to succeed a WILD is to focus on the mind and not the body. Because if you focus on the body your focus will stay on the body.
I hope this helped, don't forget to read some dream journal entries for inspiration Good luck!
