      Slowly losing motivation.

So I am losing motivation. I had few before and the feeling was amazing but I feel like I am not going get any Lucid Dreams anymore . I know I should keep practicing but it's hard because Lucid Dreaming is still new thing to me. If you guys help me that would be amazing.

No, Lucid Dreaming is not hard You have it in yourself. You do it and experience it everyday but you just lost the memory about it everyday you wake up. Who knows what you do in your dream? How many time you flying, be a king, met someone you love or whatever in those dream, don't you feel curious?

It's hard because your brain lock it away from you so you don't remember how to do it. And you need to practice for the brain to open up and reveal the secret to you. At least this is what I always say to myself.

Come on At least you have 3 Lucid Dream that you remember. I only have one so far

You do run into dry spells every now and then, but, just like when you started, it does come back, and with sowly increasing frequency. I think LaBerge was lucid dreaming for two years before he could do it at will?

Try this Yoga trick and see if it doen't help. It has done wonders to increase my lucid dream frequency of late:

Just take a few minutes out of the day, and concentrate (mildly) on your throat glowing with a blue light. SOunds silly, but it is a chakra meditation, and the throat chakra is supposed to aid lucid dreaming. Again, it is not going to garanty one every night, but it should gradually help.

Note that if you do this, you probably will want to start doing a fairly regular complete chakra meditation, or the other chakras tend to get knocked out of alignment. Try this one from youtube, maybe once a day. It is very brief: Chakras: 7 Minute Tune Up - YouTube

We all have our dry spells, it happens. What you can try to do is change your technique a little. You can do more reality checks. You can try to WILD. You can do ADA with your reality checks. The possibilities are endless. Just because you are on a dry spell doesn't mean you will never lucid dream again. Remind your self why you lucid dreamed in the first place. Remind yourself of the awesome times you had soaring through the sky shooting fireballs. To lucid dream you need motivation and effort, so how do you expect you get out of a dry spell without either one? Hope this helps!
