I agree with the above poster. Unless you want to wake up constantly every morning, just try to learn naturally. But what you can do is do it for 1-2 days to get your brain more "fit" to recall dreams. What helped me a lot was to do the technique when i wake up, i don't move or open my eyes. I just try to recall my last dream. If i can't remember anything, i start thinking of random things that happened to me the past day, so if i think of something pertaining to a dream i had, than i will remember that dream. This works because usually your dreams consist of things that happened in your day. Hope this helps! |
