IF YES, how win wenger image streaming can lead to ld or obe ?

Image streaming is basically close eyes, wait for some image and describe it OUTLOUD. Outloud is very important.
This will generate new images automatically so there will be fast stream (not faster than talking).
How this can be useful for LD or OBE ?
And can be ?

yes...... you must of the images or with a picture in the head. The stream connect with words so it is formatted as such. To continue without even knowing that would is somewhat foolish. This is why it is.

I have both the book and the audio tapes of Win Wenger that is told to increase IQ etc. And just two weeks later I got Nobel price nominated

Ok obviously not... Although his Image streaming technique was my answer for meditation, noticing all the thoughts until I reach the point where I think: "I have been thinking for so long, so I don't even want to think anything" = Meditative state. lol

And it also increases my dream recall at least that's what Win Wenger say it will do, but look in my Dream Journal and decide for yourself.

...Which makes it easier to recall your dreams -> more awareness -> easier to become lucid.
