Some people do what's called time dilation where you make time go by slower in a dream so that if you take a 10 minute nap you could have a dream that lasted, say, 20 minutes. Some claim to have done this for years intentionally but I find that about 5x normal time is where I draw the line, but you're free to make your own conclusions..
yeh i have read alot about that because iv had dreams where it felt like 10 hours but only like 30 min had gone past, so my theory is if it happens unintentionally then it must be possible to do it intentionally, matter of learning/practicing. Also if it is possible then i dont think there can be a limit on it as into how much. Maybe the real world is there and what we call real life is supposed to be a dream but weve been conditioned to accept this as reality, due to the greater powers/possibilities in "dream life"

Just use the same concept in a dream and you should be fine.
yeh that sounds about right its what i thought but i was finding it hard to keep focus for some reason
