      People in lucid dreams

Do they look as in real life? If I imagine seeing myself in mirror or meet my best friend for instance, would we look the same as in real life or our brain cant make the perfect/real picture in dreams? Like hands are not normal?

The dream world doesn't have set rules.
They might look the same. they might not.

Great point Rothgar. Many times In my nonlucids, peoples faces are either blurred out or I won't look at them directly in the face, but I can still recognize them without seeing them. It's usually the people with faces that are made up in my mind and I have no clue who they are.

Vividness and clarity in vary by dream. Sometimes a dream can be blurry, and it will not look as detailed and real as real life. Other times, yes it will look just like real life. Some people describe certain dreams to even feel reader than real life.

Basically, the people can look the same, a little different, or extremely different. It all depends on the dream. In most of my dreams, it seems pretty close to real life. I would say there is more of a chance they will look realistic than not.
