So I just started working and I wake up every morning at 5am and I work till 5pm. So when I get back home I'll be exhausted. Which means I can easily take some naps everyday throughout the week. I've heard taking naps increases the chance for having lucid dreams alot. So I guess I'm going to take a nap somewhere between 6pm and 9pm. Which is in the evening ofcourse xD. So my questions are:
1)Do I get into REM if I would take a nap in the evening?
2)If so, which technique should I use, DILD or WILD?
