My non-lucid dreams tend to just seem like memories from a few hours ago. I couldn't recall every detail but it seems just as faint. My lucid dreams seem to be a lot more real and present. I can recall the details of a lucid dream I had a few months ago when I returned to dream views.
Whatever you vividly imagine, ardently desire, sincerely believe, and enthusiastically act upon.. must inevitably come to pass. - Paul J. Meyer

practice dream recall. I have had a realistic dream every night for as long as I can remember, and since I actually looked up how to do it online when I started lucid dreaming, I normally have 2 or 3 really realistic dreams per night. I had five dreams last night because of this. And because of waking up after every REM. This actually doesn't make you tired if you do it naturally and fall asleep right away.

I agree with BrandonBoss, you should practice dream recall.

Pretty bad for me. My Lucid dreams are acutely less vivid than my normal ones but its not by a great deal. I seem to be able to only perceive one sense at a time for the most part. There all "limited" too. For example my vision is blurry, especially in the peripherals. I only feel with a small portion of my body when experiencing touch. So, not vivid would be the quality of my dreams. Now I think about it, dreaming is liking being shitfaced hammered for me.

Spinning always works really well for me. I use it a lot. It makes everything more vivid and I can feel things much better as well. Mostly this only works if you think it will. Remember that most of what happens (even waking up) is normally just what you expect to happen. Expect something more than reality, Expect vividness, and for goodness sake expect everyone there to be the best looking people ever in there.
