Tell us about your biggest actions regards your commitment towards Lucid Dreaming!

Hello people, I finally remembered to start this topic about something I wanted to talk with other people for ages.

What was your biggest action regards your commitment towards Lucid Dreaming? What sacrifices have you made, what habits have you removed or implemented? Have you done anything to show everyone your pride on your lucid dreaming projects?

Personally, I made loads of changes. I haven't drank any alcohol in almost 2 years, I started writing diaries about my lucid dreaming experiences, I changed quite some food habits (much more healthy food, no eating big meals right before bed), I always carry around a notebook filled with reflections, new projects, techniques, famous dream quotes or topics I've read in DV or any other place about dreams, I always wear a watch for RC purposes, and I've become addicted to videos that inspire you to lucid dream - think I've seen matrix trilogily like 4 times in the last 2 months
My most radical change was shaving my head some months ago as a reminder of my perseverance (some may say "wth" but everyone has their way of thinking )

What about you? Tell us about the changes you made due lucid dreaming

Hmm the biggest sacrifice might be that I spend lots of time analyzing my attempts and writing in my Dream Journal.

But I have gained so much more, so it isn't a very big sacrifice.

After a party or a night out I usually get a lucid dream actually, so not that of a a big problem there either.

Although I have an addiction, and yes that is the Matrix xD

My main changes were related to starting to focus a lot more on my dream journal, trying to make it as detailed as possible and "losing" those minutes every day.

Hand written dream journals (leather...nice quality), forums daily, RCs, getting up at night for brief WBTB, digital watch, largest motivator always in the back of my mind, and the frustration of not really being able to share with the muggles, since they dont get it.

I have made tonnes of huge changes, I always sleep atleast 8 hours, only water and tea, no food three hours before sleep, keep a journal, wake up everynight for the past 4 months, do RC's all day.
And my favourite of them all:

Advocate lucid dreaming to everyone who shows a slight interest, I think that lucid dreaming is the answer to so much problems therefore I hae made it a goal to make it more popular and help anyone who will take it.

I wake up 15 minutes earlier than I have to, so I have time to write down my dreams. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but every morning, when that alarm goes off, it feels like the biggest sacrifice in the world.
