Sometimes when really weird things happens I really question reality seriously. If you really think you might be in a dream more or less frequently, it means you are usually more aware than most people during day and dreams. That's good |

Obviously, being that I want to experience lucid dreams, I do reality checks and just remain aware for as much of the day as I can. However, I have noticed a side effect. Because of my questioning of reality, and knowledge of lucid dreaming, I have sometimes experienced something so out of the ordinary that I wonder if I am awake, even though I am. It leads to major amounts of confusion. |

Well YES, if something weird in real life occurs you are SUPPOSED to think you might be dreaming. Thats the best type of reality check. If you RC and dont avtually think you may be dreaming, it isnt a serious RC. Am I missing something? |

Yeah, I have heard of that happening to a few people. You aren't "special" |

Exactly what they said ^^ |

Thanks, I actually had a friend who had the same experience today, but I will still consider myself special anyway! |

Sounds like your awareness is expanding enough to see the dream nature of our reality. That is the teaching of Buddhism after all, life is but a dream. Welcome to the Matrix, you did choose the red pill after all. |

Achievements: 1. Have explained the concept of lucid dreaming to many dream characters. 2. Have seen a television screen display DILD in big flashing letters -- and responded only with a raised eyebrow.
