I have a lot of Lucid dreams and a few questions

I have a lot of Lucid dreams and most of them are quite vivid and I can remember surprisingly a lot about them and for years after. I can still remember dreams I had from a small child at the age of 5. Of course I can remember all the way up to my 1 birthday maybe even before that. don't ask me how I remember but I just do. I have found in my dreams they also have foresight into the day or week ahead which makes them even more important to remember and keep track of.

Now in my dreams I can always know I'm dreaming when I decide to run or jump. As soon as I jump or run fast enough I can start to fly. Once I start to float I can do anything in the dream I want to but I can not control the foresight flashes which seem to interrupt my dreams like news bulletins for the next day. Most of the time I can see myself or someone else doing something in the flashes as well as chose to see the scene from a first person prospective threw my eyes or the eyes of another person in the scene but I can not influence the scene once it starts. when the flash is over I go back to my normal dream.

In some cases of these flashes they can happen 10 times in a night while some almost never...I suppose it depends on what is important that I need to know about. In the castes of meany flashes in a night I can have a dream that on the waking world was only a few minutes long but in the dream world was years long. I have had dreams that long but when I wake I find I had only been asleep for an hour at the most.

The most disturbing think I find in the flashes of foresight mixed with my dreams that when the event happens in the waking world, I can not change the outcome unless the outcome would result in the injury of me or another person. For some reason I can only change those outcomes if I have the ability to do so. ((like stop someone by being hit by a car)) anything else can't be effected even if I try.

I also find that I'm really good a guessing things like numbers and the actions of people around me after I've had a power nap or after day dreaming. ((which had come in handy at playing slots)) Although it only works if I'm happy and comfortable. If I'm cranky or hungry or stressed I have a harder time getting into that half asleep, relaxed, and contented sort of mood to be able to nap or daydream. I have tried this with playing the lottery and I got 50 bucks! I notice that it isn't perfect but I have gotten it to work 75% of the time ((which it why I haven't picked the jackpot numbers yet but I get close))

Does anyone else have this? I have talked to others about this but must seem to think it's some sort of spirit thing and I'm not really one for spiritual anything so I'm thinking my subconsciousness or a part of my brain is just really good at spotting patterns and maybe just good at guessing or what I like to say guestamation((guess/estimate))

So are there others like me who are also really good at dreaming stuff like this? Has anyone heard of this kind of dreaming before?

Oh and also does anyone else get nap headaches? I take a nap but then I wake up with THE WORST HEADACHE EVER!! It only happens with longer naps but it sucks so much! It feels like someone just hit your head with a truck and you have a hangover.

Wow. You are having premonition dreams? Even if you can't change the outcome, it's giving a warning, maybe to stay away from dangerous situations? Does it work like that?

It's not everyday I get to see people report this kind of experiences, that is some luck you have there. If I was on your shoes I'd try to contact/experiment with my "subconscious" in any way, shape or form to try and learn more about this phenomenon.

No, you're not alone. Ever since I can remember, I've had dreams like the ones you described. They were the only dreams I could always remember when I woke. From the time I had the dream, it would be that day to three years later that it actually happened in real life. Always when it happens in really life, I can tell you exactly what everyone will say, and what will happen. Mine don't interrupt my lucid dreams now, however. I'm happy to learn its not just me that has these!

Totally forgot to mention this. I have only changed one outcome. Whenever the scene I had seen in a dream came up, I never felt like it could change it. The one exception was when I was in elementary. It was a petty childs fight over a game if basketball. I didn't back down, and someone ran to get a principal. When I woke up remembering this, i had a sense of danger, or warning to it. When it happened, I was able to change it so that the issue was resolved. That one moment has always haunted me. It makes me wonder about our existence, and purpose in life.
Phew. Now I'm done! Sorry, kind of deep stuff for me
