Neither of these are to me. But they are simple answers. If it scares the hell out of you and you wake up, then you are awake. Do better next time. Try DEILDing or something.
In order to make things not exist you can do 2 methods. One say "you do not exist." And imagine it dissapearing. Or just ignore it. Neither of these will work if you don't have confidence though. If you say that and imagine it but your mind is thinking "what if it doesn't work!?" Then it won't work. Be confident that you can do exert your control over any part of your dreaming self.
If anyone has a right to be afraid of dreams it is me. I feel pain almost every night in dreams.
