I would recommend rephrasing that as I can barely understand what you are trying to say. However, I think I know what you are talking about because I occasionally have this problem as well. I call it rampant thinking. To be honest the only solution I have as of right now is to place the unwanted creation of my mind into a blind spot. Try to simply make it stop existing. |

Neither of these are to me. But they are simple answers. If it scares the hell out of you and you wake up, then you are awake. Do better next time. Try DEILDing or something. |

As soon as it appears, remember that you're dreaming and tell it NO! It will either usually go away or try to be friends. You could also be nice to it and make it be your friend. |

I think I understand what you mean... |

You'll see something scary. |

The sailor does not control the sea, nor does the lucid dreamer control the dream. Like a sailor, lucid dreamers manipulate or direct themselves in the larger expanse of dreaming; however, they do not control it. Lucid dreaming appears to be a co-created experience. ~Robert Waggoner

I guess you don't want something scary to happen, but guess what, if this is bugging you it will have the same effect as this sentence: |

Ehmm.. When i became lucid for the first time ever, i became the "monster". So if all else fail, make it a game and hunt it down. |
