hi i am new to this site but i had a question how many people are natural lucid dreamers and how common is it?
by that i mean how many people lucid dream on a nightly or near nightly basis with little or no effort put forth in attempting to lucid dream.
i personally have been lucid dreaming almost every night since i was young i didn't even realize there was something call lucid dreaming till i was older.
for those who do naturally lucid dream can you pinpoint a reason or point in your life that caused you to lucid dream?
i remember as a kid i had recurring nightmares for about a month straight but somewhere along the line i was able to slowly began to change my nightmares until the point i stop having them i have been lucid dreaming ever since
