There isn't really any definite position one should sleep in. What matters most is the comfort. Sleep in a comfortable position, no matter what it is. It is truly different for everyone. Even I sleep in fetal position with my arm over my head. |

If you were not WILDing, you would fall asleep, no matter how much you swallow. The only difference is, that when you falling asleep normally, you don't even notice swallowing, scratching, or moving. But when you WILD, you do notice, because you worry it will ruin your attempt. |

I ran into this problem as well, every time I felt my body starting to go numb and my dream about to kick in I had to swallow and it would in turn wake me up more each time I had to swallow. |
