      Third Person Lucid Dreaming

So last night, I had a lucid. However, I was like a camera, panning around this couple, and watching them talk and move.
When I became lucid, I kind of flew into their body, and carried out my dream throughout them.
This is the first time I've experienced something like that. Has anyone else done something similar?
Is it normal, is it likely I'll experience normal dreams at the frequency I was previously having them? Thanks

I think it is very common to dream in 3rd person. As far as lucid dreaming, I think alot of us choose to transition into 1st person in order to feel the action, such as flying. However, I enjoy 3rd person lucid dreams if I am feeling kind of lazy. I get a bit lucid even when I just want to sleep. In that case, I enjoy just passively watching the odd stuff my brain shows me.

Yep, from what i know it's pretty normal, though 3rd person dreams are pretty rare for myself for some reason.

      Alright, sweet.
I seldom encounter third person dreams anyway.
I'm confident I'll still have all my first person dreams as usual.
As you said, I can just transition anyway.
      Thanks guys!

Even non lucid, I experience dreams from the third person view sometimes.

I have never had a dream in 3rd person. I think that’s really amazing.
