Very scary lucid dream

I had this dream a while back, it felt so real and I could not wake myself up. Which was very abnormal because I've always been able to wake myself up... Well here it is.

Simon, my boyfriend, and I were laying in bed, to what seemed to be our new apartment, the one we had previously looked at, Rangeland Manor. For some reason I was scared an hung off the side of the bed to look underneath it, just to check. I seen a girl that looked like me, except with blonde hair. She had black eyes and black veins petruding from the blackness of her eyes. I was trying to scream for Simon, I could not scream. I started to hit the side of the bed. I finally got out a little squeal. Simon asked something around the question "Is she there?". That was all I can remember, but it was demon for sure. To what I'm guessing, it was my inner demon. I have natural blonde hair so it was me, actually me. I think she was showing me what I am becoming. Lately I have felt unhuman as is, everything feels as if it is a dream. There was one more short part, I was in the hallway and she was on the wall. Simon and I are dealing with a demon in the apartment right now, I wonder if that is who it is. Most people think I am crazy when I tell them things like this, but it has to mean something. This demon scares me because it is me, I'm not sure how this works quite yet. I hope I never find out...

hmmm, i meet my self while lucid before, but he didnt look bad at all, but he did seem crazy, claimed he was meant to be conscious in the body instead of me, i seen people with pitch black eyes, i can understand why your feeling spooked

Never wake yourself up from a nightmare if you're lucid. You can always fight it. But in this case because you thought it was a reflection of yourself, why not communicate with it?

Don't be afraid and figure out what it is by asking it.

Just throw fireballs at it, worked for me when I got attacked by mammoths and Sasquatches.

you are dealing with an aspect of yourself that you shouldn't fear. it will only make it worse/stronger. what you need to do is stay relaxed and send it love from your heart. you need to love yourself, who you are, and all aspects of yourself if you want it to "get better" or "go away".. i know it sounds difficult but try it. or at least set the idea in your mind that the next time you encounter "her" that you will just send love vibes her way from your heart. you may be surprised by the outcome
