Dream recall effected by staying in bed...

      Hello everybody
So I've been stuck in bed for the past 3 days, I have pretty much not left my bed at all. And I have noticed something dream recall goes down significantly to the point I can't remember my dreams, and I have tried very hard to remember them. I mean dream recall wasn't really hard for me a mantra and B6 was enough to get me on super vivid rememberable dreams and even lucid dreams. I began to wonder what could be the cause and I thought maybe its got something to do with fresh memories? Like I have not done one constructive thing while I have been Ill, just slept and been on here really. Because it would make sense, dreams are mostly believed to be constructed from memories. I don't know I just wanted to get everyone's opinion on this, could I be right? And if I'm not any suggestions on how to build the recall back up? Bare in mind I have tried all the conventional methods to bring it up,
      Stay awesome DV

I think it has to do with that you are ill. I can't say exactly but I doubt it has to do with not having new memories, that's pretty unlikely.
Whatever it is, it will probably end once you get better.
      I'm guessing your badly sick?

3 days in bed sucks. I have seen some people talk about how being sick gives them better dreams, but for me it has always been bad. When I am tired when I go to sleep I have less dreams and less control. Gotta be active and out there!

I think Laberge said "never go to sleep exhausted"

I'm sick too, and my recall has taken a big hit also. I used to remember lots of details and the plot, now I just get disjointed random thoughts. I think the solution is to just wait until you get better while still trying your best at recall in the meantime.

I wonder if there will be a vividness or recall rebound effect once returning to normal? Here's hoping anyway.
