Pain in an LD?!

So I tried SSILD last night and im not sure if it actually worked or if It was all coincidence. So I had either an LD or OBE, I kinda FA and had to roll out of my body because my body didn't want to move much haha. (:
To the point, later during the experience I was re-stabilizing my dream, Im rubbing my hands together and I feel pain on my hands, when I look at them closely they were all dry, cracked, and bleeding. I have no idea why or how but the pain was sharp and felt completely real. any ideas?

Anything you feel in real life can be felt in a dream. Pain is usually more dull but it can get nasty at times.

Yeah, almost always for me the pain is very dull, like intense vibration or just a slight stinging. A few times it's gotten more intense, but even then it's tolerable. This is probably an exception to what you'll normally feel, but I guess I don't know for sure, since things can be pretty different for people.

I just don't get why my hands were all cracked and bloody. Now I'm kind of sketched to try anything to dangerous, the pain was very sharp.

Well my suggestions to not letting it happen again is not think about it and think about other things, and if you do experience it in an LD again, use your dream control powers to manifest or find a way to stop the pain.

I have felt pain in a dream before but it wasn't an LD, so I didn't have the advantage of Dream Control.

Everytime I try to make something happen I get kicked out of my LD. ATM I just want to master stabilizing my dreams so they last longer. I also have a habit of getting caught up in the moment and forgetting to remind myself im dreaming.
