well, you can do this, althought it might not work.

When something scary pops up in your dreams, just yell ''STOP'' and imagine a red sign, and then just imagine that scary thing sliding away to the left, and imagine something you want. It will take some time to make your brain get used to doing that when he ''sees'' it.

Sometimes, it may be easier to change it than to make it disappear. Your dreams react to your thoughts. If you think something scary will happen or come out, it very likely will. If you look at the scary thing and you think "hm, you not scary at all", it will change into something not scary.
