      Stephen Laberge, Exploring the world of lucid dreaming

      i got this book yesterday and so far ive got to the third chapter and i cant go any further yet because i need to recall more dreams but i was wondering who has read this book and if it helped them to have lucid dreams

      any feedback would be great

      It's a great book, keep reading Everytime you read, think, write or talk about lucid dreaming you are hightening your chance of having one.

      Read that book. I would just recommend reading it straight through. The sooner you know more of that book, the better.

      I bought two of his books. The one you have, and another called Lucid Dreaming. But I think they arenthe same D:

      ETWOLD is basically the bible of lucid dreaming. An essential for dreamers, good choice . Why not just read the whole thing? You can always go back and reread any parts as many times as you like.
