Hello. Well I have been experiencing sleep paralysis everyday recently but I today I am starting to question if I was just dreaming about having success in it. |

Sounds to me like you were dreaming. I mean...if you woke up with a girl beside you that wasn't there when you went to sleep...you are either the luckiest man in the world or dreaming. I'm no expert but it seems to me you're really focused on experiencing SP while you wild, which would definitely slip into your dream about wilding. Again I'm no expert....but it sounds like false awakenings to me. At any point in the dream did you suspect you were dreaming? It sounds like you never really knew you were dreaming if you kept trying to wild. |

yeah i did question myself many times but i think i would just forget about it straight after. like when things become much brighter i would start to think maybe i am dreaming but then the thought just disappears. |

Hello there. Interesting, I've also had dreams where I went to bed and had sleep paralysis. |

wait sorry, i went asleep through sleep paralysis and i kept repeating the thought "im dreaming" in my head however for some reason i went into the dream forgetting it all. |

erm hello? |

You most likely did experience sleep paralysis, but it's also possible that you only dreamed of it. I have experienced real sleep paralysis and dreamed of sleep paralysis before myself. It's very hard to tell the difference between them though. |

Previously known as Lucidis.
It was not WILD because you were not lucid, i similarly had a number of non-lucid dreams before where i attempted to WILD, though in my case it resulted in scene change. As for whether sleep paralysis was real or you were dreaming of it, it sounds like you were most likely dreaming about it. |
