It's one of the most reliable RC, you just need to practice it right. Every RC works for somebody. To say that it doesn't work is wrong.

There's always chance that particular reality check would just not work well for somebody, that goes even for reality checks that are considered most reliable, they work for most, but there are always exceptions. It's good that you have found reality check that works for you though, stick with it and good luck!

I always use nose plug rc, but I did the FTP one once, and it worked.

Finger through palm, it never worked for me. I don't find it useful anyway.

How long are you trying it for? You just have to press gently for maybe 5 or 6 seconds and suddenly it'll pop through. Same with going through walls and windows etc - just press gently intending to go through and after a moment or 2 of resistance in you go.

I can go through walls indeed. Perhaps I didn't spend too much time on the subject of putting my finger through my palm. For me, it's faster to check a small mark on my hand in stead of waiting the time it takes the FTP check.
Maybe I would try it next time just for curiosity, but personally, I wouldn't rely on this RC.
