I'm new here, so let's start with a hello, nice to meet you ^_^
Next jump right into my question:
My usual type of dreams are movie dreams. Where i generally watch a series, an anime episode a movie, a manga or story. I rarely have... rarely remember having dreams about 'me' doing something. thus i was wondering, can i still attempt lucid dreaming?
I'm not so sure if i made it clear, but you know how you watch an episode of a favorite series -example House M.D./NCIS- well i do that, except i make up a plot, mix up some characters from other series and create a whole new episode, it really is no different than watching one while you are awake.
It generally feels so natural, that when i was a kid, whenever i'd wake up before the end of an 'episode' i used to be so convinced that it actually exist and start searching around for it, thinking i'd actually find it and will be able to continue from where i left off.
So My question is: I'm really interested in the whole lucid dreaming thing, but if my dreams are generally like that ^, a dream where I I'm not in it, I don't feel smell or sense anything other than what i'd feel if i were to be watching something while awake. - At least i don't have to worry about my eyes going dry or my wrist hurting from the laptop- Can i still attain lucidity?
