Thread: affirmations for attaining lucidity in dreams

so I have to admit, I am slightly lazy, I don`t like to work more than it`s requiered and abhor using unproductive methods

so there are these subliminal things

I`m sure you know the fairy tale of the cola and popcorn flashed in a movie, resulting in people assaulting the shop in the movie theather

so there`s this program I found that flashes messaged on you computer screen



it`s not a free software, I`m sure you will find a creative solution for that

so I taught to myself, why not put some lucidity affirmations in it

so I just clicked on the Edit messages and created a new group in it, with some affirmations

here they are

I allow myself to remember my dreams
I allow myself to awaken within my dreams and realize that I am dreaming
I allow my dreams to be vivid
Lucid dreaming is easy and natural
I allow myself to check my reality
I allow myself to experience my emotions through my dreams
I trust my own subconscious
I allow myself to remain consciously aware as my body falls into sleep

the "I allow" is slightly better then the "I can" because if you had problems achieving your goals, you are slightly frustrated and angry and you build up unnecessary emotional baggage arround the subject

so "I allow", okay???

I`ve been using it for 2 days, so I`ll post back some results here within a week or so

and I don`t think there`s a mac or linux version of it
