Thread: Have a few questions

Personally, it took me a year. But that was with a 10 month period of no practice in between. Since then love had 4 lucid "experiences" as I pike to call them in about a 2 month period. They're the moments when you realize your dreaming but you wake seconds after. Then a couple nights ago, I got my first prolonged lucid. So a few days if you count experiences or a couple months if you count prolonged lucids.

Joanna B is right. With lucid dreaming, everyone is different. This was only my experience. Some people take longer to learn and some people are just naturals at it. Just stay dedicated to it. And if the traditional methods and techniques (ie. WILD, MILD, FILD etc.) Don't work, try something out of the ordinary. It may just work. gab, a moderator, helped me out with that thanks gab. Also, don't get hung up in the rules. Everything works differently for everybody.
