It feels like it's carrying over in real life, or it could be the other way around. I've changed a lot lately. Anyone else experienced this? I used to be a coward in dreams/rl but not anymore. Feels good. |

Yeah, I have experienced this too. I'm not really afraid of much things anymore. Whenever I have a good dream/LD it carries over to my life and I'm generally in a good mood for a while (a couple days at the most) |

The greatest change in my personality for the better happened during my freshman year in college. This was also the time when I was a successful lucid dreamer, and I don't think that was a coincidence: lucid dreaming caused me to become more self aware, and thus I discovered that my personality had to change, and it did. I think this does not have to be limited to lucid dreaming, dream self-interpretation could also cause personality change I think. Mostly when our consciousness and subconscious start working together, I think that can lead to powerful self improvement after becoming more aware. |

No. Now I feel like I missing out. D: |

Don't feel too left out. It has its disadvantages too. For example, I am not sure whether or not it is right to even think of the perchange me as me or more like her - that's a bit awkward. Also, another person who has experienced this drastic personality change says he lost all his friends in the process, and I kind of did too except I did not have that many friends to begin with so didn't have much to loose there, but my two best friends and I at the time grew apart because they staid conservative and I did not. Interestingly I contacted them years later, and one of them in the meantime changed even more drastically than I did in a similar direction as me, so now we get along again. |

I wouldn't be where I am now if it wasn't for lucid dreaming, I'd probably be stuck in a minimum wage job if it wasn't for lucid dreaming. |

Awesome. I'm not the only one then. Self-awareness was key, observing my own body language and way of words. It didn't really contribute to lucid dreaming that much, only had a couple since joining but it's more carried over to real life. |
