      [HELP] about FILD techinque

      hi...

      i got problem with FILD technique...

      i tried it about 2 days ago...

      i did WBTB , then i did like the tutorial, i moved my fore finger and my middle finger up and down, just like playing piano about 20 - 30 seconds...

      and then i did Reality Check...

      but i still in the real world...

      what problem did i have ???

      and what should i do ???

      should i back relax and did the "piano" move again or what ???

      How easily can you fall asleep?

      If you have insomnia like me, you might want to increase the time. Increase it, a TON. Maybe count down from 200 to 0 or something.
