Indeed I can. If I look down at myself, my body's there. Some people also naturally dream in third person, and you can also make yourself go into third person in a lucid dream. It's all part of the fun!

Yes, you can see yourself in lucid dreams. In fact, you can do pretty much anything in dreams, some requiring more practice than others.

I think the others interpreted your question as you meant it, but the title of your post brought me in because of how I took it. I have become lucid a few times due to looking face to face at myself, no mirror and bam...lucid. The last time, I saw myself how I looked about 20 years ago but it did not make me lucid...though it felt more like watching a home movie I guess...where as the others were like wow I am looking right at myself.
