      Factors affecting Lucid Dream

I can't lucid dream for the these days now even if I try, but i still dream..

Does my stress have to deal with this? Since I have exams and projects and a mini-thesis to worry about plus a business to take care of so i'm stresses these days.. Is it why I can't lucid dream right now??

Stress affects a lot to dream recall and lucid dreaming, at least for me. You said you still dream, do you remember your dreams blurry and without details or vivid?

Well, that's probably stress affecting your dream recall. I don't know if this works for everyone, but for me at least, when I'm having an exam week or something like that, when I'm ready to sleep, I try to relax and de-stress myself meditating. Usually that works for me

Don't talk to any spiritual believers about it. They will drive you insane. There are some basic meditations you can do though, the most basic is just sitting in a quiet place comfortably, deep breathing, and being aware of your surroundings eg; the objects and furniture around you.

it's not really vivid, i just remember snapshots of scenes from my dreams.
You should try Wake Back To Bed (Known here as WBTB). It is a huge lucid aid.

cool guide, i'll try that since i'm having a lot of stress lately too..

Also I agree that WBTB is a huge lucid aid. I've had many experiences of that like there's that time when I woke up early in the morning and I just decided to close my eyes, there I can visualize what I can imagine and it became a lucid dream just by closing my eyes after I woke up. I don't know if I can do that anymore because of my work and study. I always do the WILD technique though because I'm always tired I guess..
