For me personally, i experience alot of FAs when napping or WBTB, so that's something to try if you have time and WBTB/naps are great for lucid dreaming anyway. |

False awakenings are the ones that I always remember vividly like real life (I am working on my DJ so hopefully my recall will go up). I'd like to try and gain lucidity from a FA and I'm wondering if there are certain techniques or strategies that help with this? |

Lucid Goals:
[ ] Fly [ ] Pokemon battle [ ] Meet Batman [ ] Eat my favourite foods [ ] Shape shift [ ] Shock a DC by doing something crazy [ ] Meet my subconscious
