Lightbulb i think i've found an easier way to keep a dream vivid while staying in it for longer

personally for me spinning and rubbing your hands don't really work that well for me, but yesterday in my dream i stumbled on a way (it worked for me at least ) to keep a dream long and vivid while also keeping you focused on what was happening in the dream. all i did was every now and then i deliberately (with a bit of force) shifted my eyes all the way to the right and back to the middle, waited 1 second, then shifted my eyes all the way to the left and back to the middle.

Congrats on finding way that works for you.
Best way varies alot from person to person and that's why experimenting is way to go.

In fact the point is still the same. Feel the dream with your senses and convince your brain that the dream world is real and there is no need to come back right now

Will try this, thank you. I wonder if I can shift my eyes all the way to the back of my head..

Guess I will have to try it. My usual method which sometimes works other than rubbing fingers is finding some random DC and threathing him to better spice shiet up or else

Congratulations! I'm glad you've found your own way to do things, they're generally the best

Thanks this sounds like something that might work for me. I'll give it a shot.
