      Longer and More Vivid Dreams?

Hello, I have been a lurker here for a while, But its finally my turn to post something.

I have always Been interested in Lucid dreaming, which is why I ended up on this site. I always thought it was going to be easy to lucid dream, but in the past few months I have realized that is not so for me. I have never kept a Steady dream journal, but in the past week I have written down my dreams every night and studied them for dream sign, what I could of done to become lucid, etc..

In the past few nights, I have had Increasingly Longer and Vivid Dreams then I have ever in my life, I can remember all of it, It feels like it just happend minutes ago, and I can still feel emotion from the dreams, which I have never had before. They are almost feeling like a second life, with me getting glimpeses of become lucid in a few, if only for a few short seconds. It all started when in a dream I met well rather saw this guy in my back window, then in the front door. From there he transformed into 100 images of himself, all the while scarying me and my Dream characters senseless.
I dont know what he did, or if it is just my increase of writting down my dreams, But my dream recall and vividness have increased a ten fold.

I am basically asking If it is an increase of my dream journal writting that is causing this? Or does this guy have something to do with it? Is it my conciess? Possibly another dreamer for those of you who believe in Dream sharing? I am open to all ideas and comments, Thanks in advance!

I think your dream journal would have more to do with it than one particular dream.

If you ask me, instead of this dreaming having any relation to your recall from other dreams, it seems more likely that this dream was actually the beginning, or in line with, this series of heightened dream recall. This is the most logical thing to think, and that dream was just a "breakthrough" for an unexperienced dreamer, and now it just comes easier than before.

Thank, The more I think about it the more im leaning towards that it was just that dream that kinda of broke the barrier, Thank you!
