I'm still working with LD and have only maintained lucidity for short timeframes before I wake up, but I know from experience of regular dreaming that I can have what feels like 10 minutes in a dream pass with just 1 or 2 minutes in real-world time. (I know this because I often will start dreaming right after falling asleep, and get woken up for whatever reason to realize I've only been asleep for a couple minutes). Conversely when I'm meditating it's like things slow down in my mind but pass very quickly in waking life. |
