      Too many low lucidity dreams.

I have had many lucid dreams but only few of them were unforgettable other all most like dream. In boring lucids i do what i intended to do but i do everything mindlessly and easily lose lucidity in dream. Low lucidity dreams i know im dreaming but dont remember what to do so i just observe and try to find what im looking for and never pay attention to anything. In high lucidity i think more normally and everything looks and feels amazing. If i fly in low lucidity its nothing but when i have high lucidity dream it feels so much more realistic and amazing. Its been 17 days when i last had high lucidity dream and i have had about 10-13 lucid dreams of up to now. My motivation is going down because all my dreams are already so vivid that all most all feel like low lucidity dream.
To the question: How can i turn every lucid dream high lucidity dream?
Also have your dreams become more vivid when you started lucid dream? My every dream is so vivid that i enjoy them as much as low lucidity dreams. Except the scary ones have become worse.

      hey man

If you want to have more high lucids, then you should put more time in dream stabilization. A WILD is in most of the times more vivid and high lucid because there is almost no lapse between waking and dreaming. If you want to turn a low lucid to a high one, you should stabilize the dream in the beginning. And do this good! Rub your hands, touch as much as possible, spin.. These things should instantly turn a low lucid to a high one.

      Hi Seltiez,
Today I was reading about improving the dream control and stabilization, the tutorial that Joram had attached and the dreamview control forum.
Mi advice consist in to be calm and be a part of the enviroment, touch everything and feel the air in your face. And don't forget to rubbing your hands a lot!

I know this problem with low lucids, and what what others said by far is definetely true However, to do this, you have to "control" your behavior in LD, which is not so obvious in low lucids for me. What could also help is paying more attention to RC's (while not dreaming) - aren't you doing them mechanically, just like "Ok, I'm not dreaming, that's all" and then getting back to what you were doing? Take at least half a minute to observe the reality around you, notice some details. I hope it'll help somehow.

I'm myself a low LDer, with bratty LD discipline. And I need more confidence ^_^!
But I gained some insight last night, about how stabilizing the dream feels like. It's a detached, zen thing, I don't know how to describe. I could probably get the dream to behave if I get more confortable in it and stop being a victim of fear or impatience with dream control or expecting to systematicaly wake up like a beginner. Also, the dream kind of listens to you.
Seriously, I really, really need to cut out expecting to wake after 15 sec...

The thing is in low level lucid dream its hard to do anything with high focus because i cant control my actions compeletly and i get easily distracted by dream characters. What you said sounds like i need to create habit of doing dream stablization techniques properly no matter what the situation is. I usually do reality check everything becomes more vivid but i stay as my dream self in stupid mode. I will start improving my intention towards proper dream stabilization. Thanks for help and giving me clear answer.
