Okay so, I am very new to this forum and I'd like to say hi to everyone! |

Although you may get an occasional SP, they are not related to lucid dreaming. That's why SP is a separate phenomenon, that you are unlikely to get, unless you have an disorder. If it happens next time, you can try getting up from the bed with your dream body, or rolling out of your body. |

Okay, so if SP isn't really a good method to LD, what is a good method for beginners? I really have no idea where to start. |
|
It's a common thing connected with SP, and people are scared of it from ancient times |

The way lucid dreaming is (in my opinion) is a sleeping meditation. What you ned to do this is maintain a very focussed state of mind whilst at the same time, try to fall asleep. |

We recommend you start with DILD http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...cid-dream.html |

I'd use a mantra. But take effort to keep counciousness through all the time. And remember that various methods work for various people - for some begginers DILD is better, others are more succesful with MILD or other stuff. So just keep trying and choose what's best for you. |
