      The maker of this thread is misusing term of deild. DEILD is tenchnique to induce lucidity. So if you dream is starting to end you could try different techniques such as grapping object of dream envioroment and shaking your dream body. I wouldnt recommend closing your eyes while in lucid dream because it can lead to false awakening. If the dream is ending try to grab something in dream envioroment or just letting it happen while keeping the knoweledge it could lead to false awakening and doing reality check when you wake up. This would confirm if you are in a dream or still awake. You cant stop yourself waking from dream but you can do a reality check everytime you wake up to confirm it is not a false awakening.
