Wasted 16 lucid dreams and still havent figured out what the problem is.

I had a dry season in lucid dreaming 4 weeks ago. I finally started to have lucid dreams again but every single lucid dream has been so boring.
I try to explain the problem.
First i become lucid and imidienttaly start doing dream stabilization techniques and when im done and the dream is clear my dream starts fading and i wake up. In many on these lucid dreams i have seen this same big man and when i become lucid that man starts walking towards me and the envioroment behind me starts to fade. Then he tries to grab me calmly and put me back to sleep. Its so weird. I cant seem to think clearly. Other times the dream just starts fading before i get to do anything and i fade into darkness but i start spinning around and i feel my dream body but everything else is dark. When i stop spinning i wake up. Then some lucid dreams i blink accidentally and i wake up in split second. It happens really fast the dream just dissapears.
I have tried different techniques but cant seem to figure out what the problem is. Does anybody have any idea what the problem could be? I have spend 16 lucid dreams to see if this problem would just go away but it havent.

I use this weird technique to induce my lucid dreams. I go to sleep and when i wake up about 3 hours later i try wild and when i start to see images with my eyes closed i wait until one of them starts to look more like movie than image. Then i look into the hallucination and try to sink into to it. First it feels like im watching the dream then i sink into the dream and i am lucid from the start.

      maybe it's because you're stupid?

I suggest changing your username. You may be sabotaging yourself.

I suggest that you do not look at too much unless it feels stable. Focus just on one hand, for instance. Move the fingers and examine it closely. When it look clear and you can feel it like it is your hand, and it responds to your attempts to use it, then start your adventures.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

Your brain is way to conscious and aware...it will wake you up as every senses in your body has activated

This sounds like it could be the problem. I always try to focus on everything as soon as i become lucid. So it could be i become too aware too fast. Thanks i couldnt figure out such a simple problem myself.

Im actually pretty smart. The name came from when i was trying to create account and my normal id was already taken. So i nothing came up my mind but stupid and i accidentally accepted it havent bothered to change it. I will create new account. This name is just too stupid.

Thanks for replies. Im pretty sure that the problem is what you mentioned. Becoming too aware by focusing everything instead of calmy observing hands. I used to use looking at hands technique in the past and never had too short lucid dream.
