Thread: Been trying to LD for months, always falling asleep or starting to panic during SP

Thank you for advice, I will try other methods too, will try SSILD first, but I will also maintain trying WILD, since i've heard WILD's have the most vivid lucid dreams with biggest chance of obtaining full dream control.. Is this true?
