Just saying hi, and thanks for all the useful help

Just want to introduce myself to the forums and thank everyone here for all the tips and help on LD. For the last month I've been slowing building up my DR and researching every night, basically to keep the idea of LD in my head. Last night I was looking around Amazon for some Silene Capensis and decided to hit the hay early, low and behold I have my first DILD!! It was amazing, and a lot of what I read here in the forums and in the tutorials really helped me keep control and not wake up, because I immediately became overly excited but remembered reading about how that could wake me up. Used the thumb through palm to confirm, focused on examining my hands for a minute and calmed myself down and flew around for a while. When the Dream Root gets here I'm hoping to have better recall and have them be more vivid. Thanks again for everything everyone.

Welcome to Dreamviews, and you are welcome.

I know you know, that supplements are ok to use, as long as you also do your practice. Because they only enhance your chance ot have a LD or have better recall. Keep up your good work. Happy dreams
