So I'm aware that sleep paralysis has been listed as a bad side effect from Lucid Dreaming. But does Lucid Dreaming actually cause it? I know that it can be caused frequently from sleeping disorders. Personally I've never had Sleep Paralysis except when I've felt it while dreaming and it was a bit scary but it actually helped me to become lucid. It wasn't really that bad at all but a lot of people have reported horrifying experiences and reading these reports have been interfering with my intention to Lucid Dream. I know how important intention is when trying to Lucid Dream but my fear is interfering a lot. Hoping someone could shed some light in the situation. |
