      Very low quality LD's

I don't want to misconstrue this as a complaint, or non-gratitude of any kind. I am thankful for all my lucid dreams, and I look at every experience as progress in some fashion. However, I am a bit concerned about the turn my LD's have taken lately. At first, mine were beautiful, vivid, and very HD. Now, they are just sort of dull, and unclear, even though I know I'm in a lucid dream. What is going on? I do stabilization techniques, but lately they aren't working well. They work enough to keep me in the dream a lot of times, but they don't make them vivid like I used to have. I am curious.

Mantras should assist in this. Tell yourself that you will have more vivid dreams.

Thanks for the reply, DreamscapeGoat. Have you personally had good success with this method?

Mantras helped me with my recall when I was just starting out.

      They are very powerful things.

Don't like to tut my own horn, but, I consider myself a bit experienced.

I can say, even now at an LD count of close to 600, mantras can help with this. I was like you when I started out, and my LDs weren't very clear and I wasn't as conscious as I could be.

Increasing your awareness even FURTHER can help with this.

Try touching walls while stabilizing, and pay attention to the detail, really believe that this is a dream. I have success with this technique quite a bit.

Hope I managed to help in some way or another.
