Is this a lucid dream and how can i better them?

Okay, so i when to bed and woke up at 3:30 and 5:30 to record my non lucid dreams. I then went back to sleep, in that sleep i had a dream where i realized i was dreaming, i did my reality checks, but after that i realized my sleep was getting really light and i woke up. I question the dreams lucidity because i was only asleep for about 30 min and a full sleep cycle is about 90 min. If anyone could answer my question it would be very helpful.

I don't really know about the scientific side of things like the sleep cycles, but I would certainly agree that it sounds like you had a lucid dream. Try looking up the Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) technique, that might help you with your answers and for future dreams. Good luck

Yes, it is a lucid dream.

A lucid dream is just defined as whenever the dreamer finds self-awareness that he/she is in a dream.

How can you better them? You can better them by stabilizing them, and practice.

Practice makes them last a lot longer.

      Good luck.
