      How good shoud my dream recall be before i start LDing?

      Hey, i have been wondering how good my dream recall shoud be before i start practising LD-tecniques?

      I am able to remember 1 dream a nigth wich usually is a page long if i write down all the details.

      You can work on your recall and practicing techniques at the same time.

      Best way to get better recall is to write your dreams in a dream journal, think about them often, be happy when you recall. When you wake up in the morning, take a few minutes to stay in bed and think about your dreams of that night. Happy dreams.
