Thread: Anybody know how to use subliminal flashing properly?

I have "Subliminal Blaster" and i'm wondering how i can get the best effect out of it. It is the same thing as Brain Bullet or MyDesktopTherpist (Which absolutely sucks). Anyone know much about this?

I don't know the last two you mentioned, but, there aren't too many wrong ways to watch it.

Watch it like you would television. You're not constantly thinking about or criticizing it, you're just relaxing and watching. The trick is to make sure you pay attention, but are relaxed. When you are, your mind is in a more receptive state. Some videos try to use theta waves to help you achieve it faster. Which I recommend.

Other than that, just a fair warning, you might get bored, since you can't close your eyes and have to watch those flashing images for like, ten minutes. But you get used to it after the first five.

What i usually do is play games, or look round this site while they're flashing. I tried for a full week once, but it didn't have much affect.

Well, that's like watching a new episode while playing games or surfing, and then having someone quiz you on what it was about. You're naturally not going to remember much.

That's why you have to pay attention. The only way you can multi-task and still have decent effects, is if you use an audio subliminal program, and even then, it has to be one that isn't using those aforementioned waves to make you relax.

But if you don't want to sit through the videos, try isochronic tones or hypnosis while falling asleep.
