Thread: LD’s Multiple Nights Per Week

Good day all.

Looking back on my LD journey I see that I have had limited success in the past. I understand that my efforts were not generally consistent and my motivation had its highs and lows. The most LDs I’ve ever had were 18 in a one year span. That averages out to 1.5 LDs per month. I must admit the long spans between LDs has often destroyed my motivation.

Today I was thinking about how many LDs would I need to have in order to stay completely motivated (cost/benefit analysis) in the long run? My determination is 1 or 2 per week (say at least 6 per month).

The next question is, how long can I stay motivated enough to reach that goal? Judging from previous experience, I can probably go for a full year with fewer LDs before I lost my motivation.

I would like feedback on 2 questions:
1. Do you lucid dream more than once per week?
2. If the answer to question 1 is yes; How long did it take you to reach that point?
