I feel alike that my dream are very different

Hey I'm very new to this DV but first I gonna explain you little but about my experience with my dreaming and stuff, my name are Brandon and I am 18 years old but I'm deaf (that's mean I can't hear at all) anyway when I was little I was dreaming/imaginery lot so it help me lot to get strange things alike if monster try attack me but in dream I will try make it become my friends but if not work then I will try get to anyplace that could protect me but often if not work I have 2 choice so one choice is let myself die by monster but second choice (that happen rarely) I have to go to any bed in my dream an sleep there then I woke up there either I woke up but sometime I got false awakening and but right I'm start confused with my own dream because I feel alike my dream not work right so I will sleep as normal but woke up I feel alike I still dreaming but I actually not but this part that where I want find an answer so my problem is I mostly sleep good then dreaming normal but when near to ending of my dream everything start go blurring and I can't see very well but when I wake up then I usually thinking about dream but I start see them as imaginery but not dreaming but right now I not sure what is the real dream look alike because I woke up and I remember it as black figures mix with real visual dream, so that what my most problem and I even do dream journal but it always make me wonder...is the dream real or fake? Because I feel alike I have different than dream. So I did try several method but off and on so I am still young so I want keep my imaginery big and I still love it but dream are only who bother me and please help me to get real colorful dre not bored black figures I usually can't see who they are but in my mind I does know who they are so my dreams are always againist monster or nightmare but I used to it but I usually force my nightmare into regular dream because I get probably over 1000 nightmare when I was kid so I could pleasure if you help me remember dreams as colorful but not blurring or black figures (that's start very recently and they sometime freak me out because I couldn't see who

If you are lucid (realize you are dreaming) and start stabilizing your dream it should get more colorful and clear instead of blurry. You can shout "I want more clarity!" "I want more color!!" into the air and if you believe it it will work. Some people look at a certain detail and focus on the detail, some people rub their hands or feel things in the dream, like your own body or the ground or stones or whatever.
