      How Vivid are W.I.L.D. lucid dreams,..On a scale from 1 to 10

      How much Consciousness can is generally kept once in the dream,...Can a W.I.L.D. be so real,..its indistinguishable from real life?

      WILDs can mostly be more vivid than DILDs, though a DILD can be more vivid than a WILD. It would depend on your dream recall, in my opinion.
