I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for making lucid dreams more positive/less stressful. My lucid dreams have a tendency to spawn enemies like a video game -- especially after a series of false awakenings -- and it's not something I can deal with right now, as I'm struggling with some anxiety issues.

I did manage to take a character that was harassing me over the course of several dreams and squish her down into a small piece of clay, which I kept molding because she kept trying to get out. So that worked, to a certain extent. Any other stories?
