      More positive lucid dreams?

      Hi all, good to be back.

      I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for making lucid dreams more positive/less stressful. My lucid dreams have a tendency to spawn enemies like a video game -- especially after a series of false awakenings -- and it's not something I can deal with right now, as I'm struggling with some anxiety issues.

      I did manage to take a character that was harassing me over the course of several dreams and squish her down into a small piece of clay, which I kept molding because she kept trying to get out. So that worked, to a certain extent. Any other stories?

      I pick up a half-eaten copy of a book by Neil Gaiman, and decide this is all his fault.

      I find if I project positivity, I get it in return. I've subdued many dream enemies, not by fighting them, but by making peace with them, and sometimes inviting them to join me in my lucid adventures.
